Camp - Coach in Training

The Coach in Training (CIT) program is designed for older gymnasts who are ready to take on more responsibility and develop leadership skills in a supportive environment. CITs assist coaches during camp activities while learning about teamwork, communication, and what it means to be a positive role model.

This program bridges the gap between camper and staff, helping participants build confidence, responsibility, and real-world skills — all while staying connected to the RGA community they love.

CIT placement is limited and may require readiness approval to ensure a positive experience for both campers and participants.
