What to Know Before Your First Day

Before your first day, please be sure to complete your family profile if you haven’t already. This information helps us keep your child safe and ensures our coaches are prepared to support them.

👉 Complete Family Profile

This includes emergency contact information, waivers, and any important details about your child.

As part of completing your family profile, we ask that all families keep a credit card on file for ongoing tuition payments.

This allows us to:

  • Process monthly tuition smoothly

  • Avoid missed or delayed payments

  • Keep administrative time focused on supporting our gymnasts

Tuition is billed according to your program’s schedule. If you ever have questions about billing or need assistance, our team is happy to help.

We will collect this in person on your first day and rest assured your payment information is securely stored and used only for tuition and approved charges.

What to Wear

Gymnastics attire should allow your child to move safely and comfortably.

Recommended:

  • Leotard or athletic clothing (leggings, shorts, fitted top)

  • Bare feet for gymnastics activities

  • Hair pulled back and secured - clip long bangs away from face.

  • No jewelry

Please avoid:

  • Loose clothing

  • Socks during class

  • Zippers, buttons, skirts or dangling accessories

What to Bring

  • A water bottle labeled with your child’s name

  • A positive attitude — we’ll take care of the rest!

No special equipment is needed for class.

Arrival & Pick-Up

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit

  • Check in at the front desk when you arrive

  • A coach will greet your child and help them transition into class

What to Expect in Class

Our classes are structured, supportive, and age-appropriate. Coaches focus on:

  • Safety

  • Skill development

  • Confidence and encouragement

  • Positive coaching

Every child progresses at their own pace — effort and growth are always celebrated.

Can Parents Stay?

This varies by program and age group.

  • Open Play: Parents stay with their child in the gym

  • Preschool, School-Age & Advanced: Parents observe from lobby, or may drop off at the gym door and pick up from the lobby door.

Our goal is always to create the best learning environment for gymnasts.

If Your Child Is Nervous

That’s completely normal — and we’re here to help.

Our coaches are experienced in welcoming new gymnasts and supporting children through transitions. Confidence builds quickly, and most kids settle in faster than parents expect.
