Academy Policies

The following policies are in place to ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for all families and staff at Renaissance Gymnastics Academy (RGA). By enrolling in any program, families agree to the policies, waiver and release of liability outlined below.

Enrollment & Payment Policies

  • Payment must be received prior to enrollment.
    Registration is not complete until payment requirements are met.

  • Families must keep a valid credit card on file at all times.
    Credit card information is collected at the front desk on your child’s first day.

  • Tuition is withdrawn monthly on the 25th from the credit card on file.

  • Tuition is based on an average of four (4) class meetings per month.
    This allows for consistent monthly billing regardless of calendar variations.

  • Class availability is first come, first served.
    Enrollment is not guaranteed until registration is complete.

  • Once registered, your child’s spot is reserved until written notice of withdrawal is received.
    Families are responsible for monthly tuition unless written notice is submitted by the 25th of the previous month, regardless of attendance.

  • All tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
    Credits will not be given.

  • A $20 late fee will be applied to accounts with outstanding balances as of the 1st of the month.

  • A $20 returned payment fee will be assessed for any returned checks or declined/invalid credit card transactions.

  • RGA reserves the right to change tuition and fees at any time.

  • Make-ups are not allowed.

Registration & Waivers

  • No student will be allowed into class without a current registration form and waiver on file.
    This is required for safety and insurance purposes.

Academy Policies

Dress Code

All students must be properly attired to participate in class.

Approved attire includes:

  • Leotards, or tight-fitting shorts with a t-shirt or tank top

  • Bare feet

  • Hair pulled back and away from the face

Please note:

  • No jewelry is permitted, except small stud earrings

  • Loose clothing, skirts, zippers, buttons, or dangling accessories are not allowed

Attendance & Supervision

  • Students must be accompanied by an adult prior to the start of class.

  • RGA cannot be responsible for children left unattended before or after class.

  • Please be timely for pick-up. A babysitting fee may be applied for late pick-ups.

Closures & Calendar

  • Please refer to the Academy Calendar for scheduled gym closures.

  • These closures are calculated into yearly tuition and are not eligible for make-ups.
